This was a comic strip where we were challenged to tell a story without many words. We were tasked to create an illustrated story based on the phrase ‘She waited a long time’. For me, as a child, nothing took longer than going shopping with your mum to the supermarket and she bumps into someone she knows. I thought this would be a fun to explore this idea and show how you can feel years passing by as you wait for the chat to end.
